1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Revitalizing Wellness collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the Revitalizing Wellness website (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and to all products and services offered by Revitalizing Wellness, including the GeneWise membership community and any coaching, assessment, or self-guided tools we make available.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect personal identification information from Users in various ways, including when Users visit our Site, register on the Site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, book a session, or take part in other activities, services, features, or resources we make available on our Site. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

Name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and payment information (processed securely by our third-party payment processors — see Section 6); responses to intake forms, questionnaires, symptom trackers, or wellness assessments; and information you voluntarily share with us during coaching sessions or through our community platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve our coaching services, tools, and membership community; process orders, payments, and bookings; communicate with you about your account, purchases, or appointments; send requested newsletters, updates, or marketing communications (see Section 8); and maintain the security and proper functioning of our Site.

4. Health & Genetic Information

Some of our services — including symptom trackers, wellness and nervous-system assessments, and the Comprehensive Genetic Blueprint — involve you voluntarily sharing health-related information, and in the case of genetic testing, actual genetic data. We treat this information as sensitive and limit its use to providing you with coaching, educational content, and personalized recommendations.

Revitalizing Wellness is not a healthcare provider and is not a HIPAA-covered entity. Information you share through our tools and sessions is not part of a medical record and is not shared with insurance companies. Genetic testing results are provided by our third-party testing partner under their own privacy and consent terms, which you agree to separately at the time of testing.

We do not sell health or genetic information to third parties. See Section 9 for how long we retain this and other information.

5. Data Security

We adopt reasonable data collection, storage, and processing practices, and reasonable security measures, intended to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and other data stored on our Site. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to help us operate our business, the Site, and the services we offer, including:

Customer relationship management, scheduling, and email/text communications; payment processing for purchases and subscriptions; secure data storage for tools such as symptom trackers and assessments; and website hosting and content delivery.

These providers have access to personal information only as needed to perform their functions on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our Site may use "cookies" and similar tracking technologies to enhance User experience and understand how our Site is used. Users' web browsers place cookies on their device for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. Users may set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert them when cookies are being sent. If they do so, some parts of the Site may not function properly.

8. Marketing Communications (Email & SMS)

If a User opts in to our mailing list or SMS program, they will receive emails or text messages that may include company news, updates, appointment reminders, and related product or service information.

SMS-specific terms: By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Revitalizing Wellness, which may be sent using automated technology. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for assistance.

If at any time a User would like to unsubscribe from future emails or text messages, detailed unsubscribe instructions are included at the bottom of each email or text message, or the User may contact us directly (see Section 15).

9. Data Retention

We will retain User information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

10. Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of children is especially important to us. We do not knowingly collect or maintain information from anyone under the age of 13, and no part of our Site is directed at or structured to attract anyone under 13.

More broadly, and consistent with our Terms & Conditions, our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may only use our Site and services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

11. Your Privacy Rights

You may contact us at any time to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request a correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of your information, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that require us to retain certain records (such as payment history). To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 15.

12. Data Storage

Your information is stored and processed in the United States through our service providers. By using our Site and services, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing of your information.

13. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

14. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Volusia County, Florida, USA. Any disputes arising from this policy or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Volusia County, Florida.
